Preeti Catering – Wedding and Events

Preeti Catering is a specialist outdoor catering company creating exquisite Asian cuisine on site with a strong background in working in various different venues and surroundings.

Ashok Marwaha started out in a kitchen back in 1969 at British Airways. Working his way up the kitchen hierarchy, to final establish himself as the Executive Chef and then on to CPU. His performance and work ethic didn’t go unnoticed as he was nominated for awards in 1985 and 1986.

In 1998 Ashok finally decide to use the knowledge and experiences he gained from the past 30 years to set up on his own – forming Preeti Catering. Exciting times lay ahead, with events being booked in thick and fast. It was time to have a business card. Although the waiters on skates looked great on the card, believe it or not, we actually didn’t offer this service!

Our first office was based in Southall, equipped with a fully functioning kitchen and a small office space, just big enough to fit Ashok and all his big ideas for the future,

Our first event took place at The Spirit Centre back in 1998! A lot has changed over the years from having a huge fruit display to seating plans now being the norm. One thing that has always remained consistent is the quality of food and service from Preeti Catering.
